My favorite holiday is right around the corner and I thought I would share with you guys a sneak peek of my Catwoman costume this year! I bought my catsuit for my costume for just $23.99, and paired to complete the outfit are these lace cat ears, corset, and whip, making this costume a total of only $51.96 (if you have black over-the-knee boots and gloves already at home like I did!).
Every year around September, Halloween stores open left and right, offering cheap-quality costumes for tons of money – and this doesn’t include any additional accessories you may need to complete the look. Why invest $100+ on a costume that will only be used for one night unless you intend to reuse it again next year (and face it ladies: who wants to be caught dead being a costume repeater?).
Most costumes available both online and in-stores may not be the best quality, so I always suggest to avoid paying so much for a one-time-use costume. I’ve collected 44 cheap Halloween costumes under $55, with a lot of them between $20-$40 (price varies according to size and time – I’ve hand-checked each size for each costume to make sure it stays under $55)! Scroll down to check out my costume picks. What will you be for Halloween this year?

s0000 needed this…I planned to go as Wednesday Addams, but cut off my hair recently, so no braids for me 🙁
I was Wednesday in 2012. I had short hair but I bought a cheap -not real hair- wig at a party store (you know the kind made out of plastic and usually comes in crazy colours). That is not an option for you?
I think its cheaper than before!!
This is a GREAT collection of costumes. Totally bookmarking and keeping for all future halloween references.
You look one bad ass cat girl babe!!! Totally loved how you put together your costume and can’t believe its so I expensive. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks so much Vyom! Yes, I’m really pleased with how well my costume turned out! The catsuit was superb quality!
If I’d be in my top form I would choose from the star wars options – my husband would be proud 😉 – but now I’m pregnant so I’m going for the pumpkin look this year :):):)
This is so Great! Very inspiring and creative. I’ll be sharing this with friends.
