I never realized how tiresome being a full-time blogger could be! Although some amazing things are happening, I do feel a little worn-out from working double-time. Of course, the work is very fulfilling and I love what I do, but I think I need a small break away from things.
I’m currently planning a mini staycation weekend for Jun and I to visit San Diego. We’ve both agreed we are well due for a break from work and life at home, but unfortunately, flying somewhere and paying for several days’ worth of hotel accommodations is a bit out of our budget. So the next best thing we can do for an inexpensive getaway is to discover a nearby area we’ve never explored before.

Although we are both Southern California natives, we’ve both never had the opportunity to visit San Diego and experience all it has to offer, so this is the perfect chance for us. I plan on visiting my friends JJ Life & Style and Crystal Graziano as well as my sister Dr. Catherine. Booking a spa treatment probably wouldn’t hurt either!
Pretty excited to try some new restaurants recommended by Yelp and see some new sights. I’m counting down the days until Friday 🙂
Do you guys have any suggestions for things to do in San Diego while I’m out there? Let’s chat in the comments below!
